What is Evaporation?
Evaporation is drying the product with heat; i.e. evaporating some of the water the product contains. Multiple-effect evaporation system is used in the relevant facilities. Steam is used in various ways in all 5 stages for a cost-effective evaporation process. Organic and inorganic waste remaining after yeast fermentation are sent to the evaporation facility, where they are concentrated to be used by various industries, thus contributing to the circular economy.

What is the Zero-Waste Approach?
We aim to leave a clean and habitable world for future generations, and support the Zero Waste approach. Our Zero Waste approach in Pakmaya includes preventing waste in our plants, using resources more effectively, monitoring and preventing or minimizing the causes of waste, and collecting any remaining waste separately at source to be recycled.
