Chocolate coating (86%) [Sugar, milk chocolate (sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanilla flavoring), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanilla flavoring)], rice puffs (13%) [Rice, sugar, wheat flour, corn starch, leavening agent (calcium carbonate)], coloring (iron oxides and hydroxides), anticaking agent (potassium aluminum silicate), glazing agents (gum arabic, shellac).

It is used to create different visuals, flavors, and variety in pasta, cakes, tarts, cupcakes, ice cream, milk-based desserts, and, if desired, yogurt, by sprinkling it on top just before serving. In some glazed recipes that harden as they cool, it is recommended to use it before the glaze is completely set.
